Capture and follow up
An AI voice receptionist that answers when you can’t.
Inbound calls get answered in your business name, including after hours. Callers can get answers, book, leave a message or reach the right person.
A good fit for
- Small teams that can’t staff the phone all day
- Businesses with heavy after-hours or overflow calls
- Practices and firms that need calls routed properly
How it works
How an inbound call gets handled
The receptionist listens for the reason for the call and follows the route you’ve agreed. Urgent callers can go straight to a person.

Before and after
What changes for your business
The phone rings at the worst moments, and paying someone to cover every hour isn't realistic for most small teams.

FAQ
Questions about AI voice receptionist (inbound)
Will callers know they’re talking to AI?
We recommend being open about it, and rules in some places require it. The greeting can say it’s an AI assistant and offer another way to reach your team.
Can it replace my receptionist?
That’s rarely the best starting point. It works well for after-hours, overflow and routine calls, leaving your team free for callers who need a person.
Can I keep my existing number?
Usually, yes. Most setups use call forwarding from your existing number, either for every call or only when nobody answers.
